Family
Laurence O'NeilMark Bourne and his family continue the traditions of cool climate grape growing and winemaking established at Cuttaway Hill. The original Cuttaway Hill on sides of Mt Gilbraltar are planted with Chardonnay, Semillon, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The addition of the aged Old South Road vineyard has led to growing complexity and subtlety in the wine styles and an expansion into exciting cool climate wines including traditional method sparkling wines, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.

Cuttaway Hill's logo is named "Seven Daughters" in honour of the original owners Laurence and Philomena O'Neils' seven daughters. Seven Daughters is modelled on an etching by a local artist and portrays the timeless Southern Highlands landscape. The Seven Daughters logo and label, coupled with quality wines continues to be an integral part of Cuttaway Hill's success. The Bourne family continue to strive to produce wines with a unique provenance that represent Cuttaway Hill.
